8 slow steps but sure to be a millionaire

Money is not everything. Maybe for you the money is almost at the end of the list. Everyone has their own definition of success. Mine is this: "Success is making those who believe in you look smart."For me, money is not that important, but I have to confess that it did matter to me at some time (maybe because I did not have much). What kind of things should you do to increase your chances of joining the club of millionaires?1. Stop obsessing with money. Discover if what you do distracts you from the things that would really help you grow your fortune. Change your perspective. "You see money not as your main goal but as a result of doing things well."2. Start a record to know how many people you help, even if it's something small. The most successful people I know help a lot. They are very good at understanding others and helping them achieve their goals. They know that their success is based on the success of the people around them. So they work hard to make others succeed: their employees, customers, vendors, suppliers, and so on.3. Stop thinking about making a million dollars and start thinking about helping a million people. When you only have a few clients and your goal is to make a lot of money, you are going to look for many ways to remove the last weight from consumers. But when you find a way to serve a million people, many good things can happen. The power of the word is surprising. The feedback you receive is exponentially greater as well as your opportunities to improve your products and services. You will have the opportunity to hire more employees and benefit from their experience, their skills and their genius in general.Over time, your business will become something you never dreamed of, as your employees and customers will take you to incredible places. Help a million people and the money will come.4. See making money as a way to do more things. In general there are two types of people:1. One does things because he wants to earn money. The more things you make the more money you will have. It does not matter much about your product or service, it will do whatever it is while customers pay you.2. The other wants to make money because this will allow her to do more things. It seeks to improve your product and extend your line. Want to create another book, song, movie. She loves what she does and sees making money as a way of doing more than she loves. The dream of having a company that does the best things and earn money is a way of feeding the dream.Although it is possible to find a product that everyone wants and you become rich when selling that product, many successful entrepreneurs evolve and grow when they earn money and reinvest it in an incessant search for excellence."We do not make movies to make money, we earn money to make more movies" -Walt Disney.5. Do something better. Choose one thing in which you are better than most people. Focus on doing ONE thing. Practice, learn, work, evaluate. Self-criticize your creations, not in a masochistic way, but to ensure that your work improves in everything. Successful people financially speaking, do one thing that the world is willing to pay for.Excellence is the reward, but it also demands a much higher pay and much more respect, courage, accomplishment and sense of achievement. All this makes you rich in non-monetary terms.6. Make a list of 10 people who do one thing well. How did you choose those 10? How did you determine who was the "best"? How do you measure your "success"? Use those criteria to measure your progress and become the best. Do not just admire successful people. Look more closely at what makes them successful. You use those criteria to create your own success.7. Track your progress. We tend to become what we measure, so follow up at least once a week. Maybe you will see how many people you have helped or how many clients you have served or you will evaluate the key steps in your journey to become the best.8. Create routines that ensure progress. Never forget that reaching a goal is based on creating routines. For example if you want to write a book of 200 pages that is your goal. Your system to reach it can be to write four pages per day, that is your routine. Waiting and wanting will not make you finish your work, but committing to your routine will help you achieve your goal.Set goals, create routines that support those goals and make a record of your progress. Fix what does not work. Improve and repeat what works. Seek to be better than you were yesterday. Soon you will be good, then you will be excellent and one day you will be the best. The day will come when, without you noticing, you are a millionaire, if that kind of thing interests you.
